Customer Operations Specialist

Location: Ottawa, ON Canada

Hybrid: 3 days/week

Term: Permanent

High Tech Genesis is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who will assist with the achievement of corporate goals and objectives by acting in a support role for all customer related issues within the Customer Operations Department.

The roles and responsibilities:

- Liaises with the Sales, Finance, Product Management, Legal and Operations departments to ensure smooth order flow, delivery of product and successful resolution of customer needs (on time delivery and product shortage mitigation).
- Generates all transactions related to order management in SAP as related to overall processes for hardware, software, and services product lines.
- Provides shipment confirmations and tracking information to customers as required.
- 1+ years in customer sales
- SAP experience in Order Management
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, influencing, and communications skills for
- Customer and inter-company interactions

**Bonus skills**
- Experience in a High-Tech company
- Spanish or any other languages
- Experience with Salesforce
