**About Epopack**
Epopack is a leading manufacturer in the cosmetics packaging industry, established in Taipei, Taiwan. Our founder went to a recycling station to volunteer as a way to give back, and while volunteering, learned that the packaging produced by Epopack’s factory could not be recycled or reused. It was frustrating to learn that Epopack’s products were ending up in landfills, and so Epopack shifted to create products that are good for the environment, but are still beautiful.
Epopack is dedicated to creating environmentally friendly products, and since 2009 its heavy-walled cosmetic bottles have been produced from 100% post-consumer recycled PET resin, meaning they can be recycled infinitely.
**The Opportunity**
Epopack is now looking to build out its Canadian team. Epopack is looking for two **Customer Experience Specialists** to join the team. The Customer Experience Specialists will be responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers by building and preserving relationships. The role will enhance the customer experience by tracking all points of customer engagement, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying ways to improve our customer service relationships.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Engage proactively with our customers on a regular basis to improve the relationship
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
- Anticipate questions the customer may have and proactively offer solutions
- Provide samples, quotations, and applicable follow up for new and prospective customers
- Onboard new customers, ensuring the process runs smoothly
- Confirm new and repeat orders from customers, collecting payment where required
- Follow up to ensure customers receive their goods in good condition
- Document and report both customer compliments and complaints
- Escalate wherever the business process - billing, shipping, etc. - needs correction to ensure the customer has a seamless experience with the company
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, including with factory point of contact in Taiwan

- Independent and needs a willingness to learn: This is a brand new role, and there will be a lot of learning involved. While there will be support, someone who can take initiative and look for the answers first will thrive in this position.
