**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service in both English and French (bilingualism is essential).
- Handle customer inquiries, schedule repair appointments, and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Perform basic repairs on electronic devices (training provided if needed).
- Use software tools and systems to manage client records and workflow efficiently.
- Travel to clients’ locations for on-site repairs (valid driver’s license required).
**Qualifications**:
- Fully bilingual (English and French).
- Comfortable working directly with customers and resolving issues professionally.
- Hands-on, with a willingness to learn basic repair techniques.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate software and tools confidently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
