**Customer Relations & Repair Specialist - Join Our Team at iPro Cellular Repair INC**

Are you bilingual, hands-on, and passionate about customer service? iPro Cellular Repair INC, a leading electronics repair company in Ontario, is looking for a **Customer Relations & Repair Specialist** to join our dynamic team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service in both English and French (bilingualism is essential).
- Handle customer inquiries, schedule repair appointments, and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Perform basic repairs on electronic devices (training provided if needed).
- Use software tools and systems to manage client records and workflow efficiently.
- Travel to clients’ locations for on-site repairs (valid driver’s license required).

**Qualifications**:

- Fully bilingual (English and French).
- Comfortable working directly with customers and resolving issues professionally.
- Hands-on, with a willingness to learn basic repair techniques.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate software and tools confidently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
