- The Registrar’s Office (RO) is a large, multi-unit, multi-site operation involved in the entire academic experience of Dalhousie students, from recruitment and admissions through to convocation and beyond. Reporting to the Associate Director, Recruitment (Domestic), the incumbent participates in programs related to recruiting and admitting undergraduate students to Dalhousie with a primary responsibility of coordinating and overseeing the campus tours program for prospective students and their influencers.**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of Dalhousie’s campus tour program and continually evaluate its success within the context of student recruitment. Identify new and emerging trends and opportunities, as well as areas for improvement.
- Coordinate the management of daily campus visit requests, providing prospective visitors with detailed information, scheduling assistance, and prompt and professional follow-up and instructions.
- Participate in market recruitment strategies including, but not limited to: school visits, career/college fairs and alumni events, campus tours, parent information sessions.
- Advise on admission requirements for undergraduate programs and maintain a working knowledge of requirements for graduate and professional programs.

**Note**
- Due to operational requirements, the successful applicant is required to work primarily in-person/ on campus but may be eligible for one remote work day per week, based on departmental needs.**Required Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in a related field, plus approximately three years’ related experience (or an equivalent combination of training and experience).
- Considerable experience with event planning, one-on-one communications and public speaking.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- A valid Canadian driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and handle boxes up to 20 lbs. on regular basis.
