We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable/Dispatch & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be managed by the CFO and owner and is a support role to assist with overflow from our current Dispatcher and Accounts Receivable employees. Duties will primarily consist of creating invoices, general customer correspondence, dispatching and scheduling jobs.
This role is full time, [Tuesday to Friday (10am - 6pm) & Saturday (8:00am to 4:00pm)] and can be worked remotely, although some in office days may be required (3-5 days a year approximately for all staff training and brainstorming). If you have computer equipment that you would like to use we can provide you with an allowance, or we can provide you with company equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Working with Jobber to manage outstanding jobs and converting them into invoices
- Creating invoices in Jobber and sending them to customers
- Doing all dispatching for Saturdays (Normally slow days, and can be filled with other office/admin duties)
- Liaise with the Owner to assist with general office/admin duties
- Liaise with the CFO to maintain and reconcile accounts receivable regularly in Jobber & QBO
- Liaise with the CFO with some accounts payable tasks
- General office administrative assistance
**Qualifications**:
The following are not required but would be strong assets:
- 2+ years or more in a bookkeeping or accounts receivable role including invoicing
- Dispatching experience
- Customer correspondence experience
- Experience with Jobber
- Experience with QBO
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite
**Skills & Competencies Required**:
- Very strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Good judgement to proactively and independently solve problems
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams)
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, as well as internal and external customers
- As mentioned, some in office days may be required, must be able to drive and commute to Abbotsford BC when required. Some general admin duties may also require driving in the lower mainland for drop offs/pickups etc.

**Compensation Package**:
- Starting wage will be between $23 - $25 an hour.
- 2 weeks vacation
