- Utilize SyteLine and other transportation management systems to track shipments and manage schedules.
- Communicate effectively with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes that may arise.
- Analyze shipping and receiving data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including phone communications and freight details.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients, drivers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations from shipping to receiving.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in SyteLine or similar transportation management systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of freight logistics and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed decisions.
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
