**Job Title**: Inside Sales - Paint, Flooring & Cabinet Refinishing

**Location**: Langley OR Burnaby

**Employment Type**: Part-time OR Full-time (30-40 hours/week)

**What You’re Signing Up For**:
This is an in-store sales role focused on helping both homeowners and contractors get what they need—quickly, accurately, and with confidence. You’ll be answering product questions, writing up quotes, placing orders, and helping line up services like cabinet refinishing, flooring installs, and painting. You will be working with these customers in-person, over the phone, and online.

Contractors rely on speed, accuracy, and people who know what they’re doing. That’s what we’re aiming to deliver—no fluff, just solid help and consistent follow-through.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Helping walk-in contractors and retail customers with product selection
- General project leads for our painting, flooring, and refinshing teams
- Writing quotes, pulling orders, and managing delivery or pickup logistics
- Providing price guidance for install services and referring leads to the right team
- Tinting paint, placing orders, managing stock, and keeping things organized
- Learning product knowledge in paint, flooring, and finishing systems
- Staying connected to our key PRO customers so they feel looked after
- Participating in company and manufacturer training on a regular basis.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Someone who’s fast on their feet, asks good questions, and gets the details right
- Comfortable in a contractor-focused environment where timelines matter
- Willing to learn our product and service lineup so you can speak confidently
- Retail, supply house, or construction experience is a plus—but not required
- Looking for long-term growth, not just a stopgap

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
