**Responsibilities**:

- Greet all individuals who enter the dealership in a polite and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person
- Stocking of vehicles - making files, tagging keys, creating window hangers
- Maintain organized filling system for dealership documents related to sales, service work orders, bank deposits and other items
- Preparing daily deposit through reconciliation of transactions and batch terminals
- Assist with issuing cheque requests, loading gift cards and inputting payable invoices into accounting software
- Order required dealership supplies
- Assist in maintaining a clean work environment in key high touch point areas such as reception, customer lounge and key room

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum completion of Grade 12
- Ability to provide coverage on short notice
- Energy, passion, and professionalism for exceptional customer service
- Adaptable to changing work environments with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
- Detail oriented and results focused personality
- Knowledge of all Microsoft programs is also an asset

**Employment Level**:
Part-time

**Wage Range**:
$17.00 - $18.00 /Hour
