Do you have an eye for detail, accuracy, and administrative work? Then this job is for you In this hybrid role as a Parts Consultant/Administrator you will complete various tasks such as organizing parts inventory, helping with orders, and assisting the sales team with vehicle inventory as well.
**Responsibilities**:
- Stocking in new/used vehicle inventory
- Organizing inventory files
- Coordinating with store management and mechanical shops to approve vehicle safety amounts
- Prepare inventory on the company website with pictures, descriptions, pricing, etc.
- Taking pictures of inventory
- Coorindating reconditioning for used vehicles
- Communicate with the sales team when inventory arrives and is ready to be sold
**Ideal Qualifications**:
- Previous administration experience
- Organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Attentive to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to multiple tasks and deal with interruptions
