As Parts Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping XCMG Canada’s parts supply chain running smoothly across two Canadian locations. Reporting to the Vice President of After-Sales, you’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure seamless supply chain operations, and support our dealers and customers with the top-tier service that sets XCMG apart.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead & inspire your team to maintain an efficient and effective parts operation.
- Manage inventory tracking & optimization using our ERP system.
- Ensure on-time parts fulfillment and a seamless supply chain.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-driven mindset.
- Support dealers & customers with expert parts guidance.
- Handle OEM orders, shipping & receiving, and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Red Seal Journeyman Parts Ticket and 5+ years of experience in construction equipment parts & service.
- Expertise in inventory management, budgeting, and mechanical parts knowledge.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused leader.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. frequently and work daytime hours (with some flexibility for evenings & travel).
