As a McMillan Mechanical Ltd. mechanic you will work in a constantly changing environment due to us being a shop that works on everything from on-road, off-road, equipment and everything in between

What does it take to work with us?
- Excellent people skills
- Your own tools — it's required that you have your own tools.
- A valid driver’s license
- Appropriate PPE, including steel toed boots.
- Physically fit
- CVIP license is an asset

**Skills**:

- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision and make prioritization decisions on the fly
- Time management skills
- Effective, open and frequent communication with coworkers
- Problem-solving skills
- Troubleshoot Electrical, Pneumatics and Hydraulics. Inspect, examine, lubricate, service, diagnose, repair, assemble, and maintain equipment and perform other routine maintenance work
- Accurate ordering of required parts and follow-up to ensure parts are correct in order to complete the assigned service.
- Accurate and timely service report submissions (includes time cards)

**Responsibilities**:

- Work orders and paperwork - Making sure your paperwork is filled out properly and put in it's designated spot.
- Managing and overseeing apprentices
- Clean work environment - Have your area of work clean of debris and tools.
- Putting tools and equipment where they belong after being used.
- Being punctual

Wage is negatable depending on experience.

**Salary**: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
