**What You’ll Do**:
As our **Warranty Manager**, you’ll be at the center of our operations, ensuring smooth processes, effective collaboration, and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include:

- **Claims Mastery**: Manage claims in our ERP system, adhering to company standards for accuracy and compliance.
- **Process Efficiency**: Submit, track, and optimize warranty claims, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- **Analytical Insight**: Review work orders to verify compliance and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Partner with the service team to address issues and maintain seamless communication.
- **Follow-Up Expertise**: Address denied claims, escalate rejections, and secure timely payments.
- **Parts Oversight**: Track warranty parts and coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely returns.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay updated on factory announcements to anticipate and manage warranty needs effectively.

**What You Bring**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years in warranty claims, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
- **Bilingual Advantage**: Proficiency in English and French is a significant plus
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure processes remain on track.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and maintain team harmony.
- **Technical Expertise**: Familiarity with heavy equipment and intermediate computer skills to master ERP systems.
- **Accountability**: A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
