**Business Development Representative (BDR)**
Function: Business Development
Location: Ontario, Canada
**Description**
- **What is the role?**_
Ø On-going pipeline development within the target industries
Ø Qualify leads from these marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Ø Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities both deep and wide within targeted account
Ø Understand each account's industry and business background and business need, with a focus on how GaiaDigits solution can help them achieve their corporate goals
Ø Providing product information and demonstrations while creating proposals that speak to customer's needs.
Ø Identifying, convincing the prospect to choose our solution by solid solution understanding, business need and ROI analysis, especially our success in multi-culture environments
Ø Developing a detailed plan to include specific account strategies and action plans, which could help the team penetrate the accounts effectively
Ø Consistently keep CRM updated with accurate account/prospect status and other pertinent information
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Ø Previous work experience as a Business Development Representative is helpful
Ø At least one (1) year experience in B2B SaaS sales
Ø Good skills on Office 365, CRM, and LinkedIn
Ø College or University degree required
Ø A second language preferred (E.g., French, Spanish)
Ø Experiencing building relationships with multiple different personas
Ø A proven track record of exceeding quota.
