Your main objective: to have an impact on the success of entrepreneurs with sales between $3M and $50M through our financing solutions and advisory services. If you are looking for an organization that invests in your professional development this is your opportunity to join our committed and diverse team.CHALLENGES TO BE METMeet with entrepreneurs to understand their business needs and challenges to provide them with advice and, if applicable, a BDC service offering to support their growth.Execute your action plan which is aligned with the Business Centres objectives. This will allow you to ensure the growth and retention of current clients in your portfolio while acquiring new clients and creating a business opportunity pipeline.Review, negotiate and present financing proposals while exercising credit judgement.Be present in the local business community by networking within your existing network of centre of influences (COI) to develop business relationships and obtain references that will facilitate new client acquisition.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORDo you have a bachelor's degree in commerce or business administrationDo you have a keen interest in entrepreneurship between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in commercial banking/finance and a good understanding of the business worldDo you have strong financial acumen and experience with analysing financial statementsDo you have a demonstrated ability in business development and delivering on your set targetsDo your clients and business contacts remember you because your advice works and you provide outstanding customer serviceAre you a team player who creates lasting and trusting relationships with your peers, business contacts, and external partnersAre you a strong negotiator who is focused on resultsBilingualism in French is an asset.Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.Proudly one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers and one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers we are committed to fostering a diverse equitable inclusive and accessible environment where all employees can thrive and feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work.
