We are currently looking for a **Parts Administrator** to join our team at our location on Bridgeland Avenuein **Toronto, ON**

**Job Summary**

The Parts Administrator supports the branch Technicians and Manager by maintaining accurate and time-sensitive inventory controls. This includes: placing orders, maintaining designated inventory levels, monitoring delivery schedules, coordinating shipments, etc. The incumbent will also be responsible to assist with customer inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario G-Class license with clean abstract (current within 30 days).
- 2 years of Customer Service and/or construction equipment rental experience.
- Must possess excellent service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

**Responsibilities**
- Effectively transfer product knowledge to customers. This includes explaining features and benefits, safe operating techniques and promoting related accessories or products.
- Probe customers for requirements and meet or match those needs with Stephenson’s rental products and solutions.
- Seek sales opportunities on a consistent basis.
- Ensure that every customer is treated in the same fair and consistent manner and resolving issues as they arise.
- Drive in-store merchandising initiatives including pricing, inventory control, product placement, etc.
- Follow all paperwork procedures related to the delivery and pick-up of products for customers.
- Maintain closeout of work orders, upkeep of status codes, send out billing information and track customer damage reports.
- Work to resolve and address all shipping and/or invoice queries.
- Maintain all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of the Rental Management computer system.
- With the Manager, monitor account disputes, monthly billing, over-due accounts, invoicing, etc.
- Participate and ensures daily “COMPASS” is completed.
- Adhere to all Company safety standards and any customers safety standards.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by the Company.
- Report any workplace hazards and help to eliminate them.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant legislated standards such as WHMIS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, etc.
- Participate, review and sign-off on any new polices distributed with respect to safety.
- Operate company vehicles in accordance with all Municipal, Provincial and Federal laws.
- Promote safety to all Staff, Customers, Suppliers and Contractors.
- Attend mandatory training programs that relate directly to the Health and Safety of the position. In some cases, this will be on the employees own time outside of working hours.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
