**Job Title**: Part-Time Building Manager Assistant

**Location**: Vancouver, BC - “The Artiste”

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist the Building Managers in maintaining the operations and upkeep of a residential property containing 200 rental units. This is a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with routine building inspections (common areas, interior/exterior).
- Respond to resident inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Coordinate minor maintenance tasks and report issues to the Building Manager.
- Help with scheduling contractors and ensuring work is completed satisfactorily.
- Maintain accurate records, including tenant communications and building reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and safety procedures is an asset.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physical capability to perform light manual tasks.

**Work Hours**:

- Approximately 20 hours per week; schedule to be determined with the Building Manager.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
