You will be responsible for managing several residential buildings and assist with the tasks listed below including additional work as needed:
Coordinate and assist residents/owners with their move booking (set up elevator pads, provide elevator key, pick up payments etc.)
Coordinate and assist building tradesmen with access into common areas and service rooms as needed
Programming enterphone
Programming FOBs
Deliver or post notices
Thorough walkthrough of the building (common areas, service rooms etc), and report facility issues. In addition, ensure cleaning standards are met.

Once trained you will be required to be placed on the on-call schedule rotation with the other building managers for the after hours building emergencies.

Additional compensation given for the on-call schedule.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
