**Duties and responsibilities**

We are currently offering a full-time position for Monday to Friday, the hours of work offered are from 4pm to 12am. As a Concierge you are responsible for being the primary contact and source of information and services for residents and their guests. You are responsible for greeting all residents with a warm smile and doing the utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service. Previous experience as a Concierge and or Security guard in a residential building is essential.

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience with buildings is desirable but not a must.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- At least one year Concierge or Hotel Service Experience is a must.
- Excellent written and oral command of the **English **language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff.
- Be diligent in keeping detailed records of all occurrences in the building.
- Be able to find, record and report building deficiencies.
- Have good working knowledge of computer software: Outlook, Excel, MS Word.
- Have the ability to multi task when needed.

**Hour of work**
- Monday to Friday - 4:00pm to 12:00am
