**About the Role**

We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable **Administrative & Operations Coordinator** who’s excited to grow with us. This is a dynamic position designed for someone who’s open to learning multiple aspects of the business and evolving into their strengths as our companies expand. You'll be joining at an exciting time as we ramp up operations.

This is a broad and hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Administrative & Financial Support**
- Accounts payable and receivable processing
- Payroll coordination
- Issuing subcontracts and purchase orders
- Invoicing and cost monitoring
- Document control and record keeping
- Proposal presentation formatting and estimate preparation

**Procurement & Operations**
- Price and product/material sourcing
- Vendor and supplier communication
- Assistance with project coordination and scheduling

**Executive Support**
- Assisting leadership with calendars, meetings, and occasional errands
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents

**Office & HR Coordination**
- Light reception duties (low visitor traffic, no phone system)
- Organizing internal staff events, parties, and team-building initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**

**Required**:

- Willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
- Friendly, professional attitude and a team-oriented mindset

**Nice to Have (but not required)**:

- Experience with bookkeeping or payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Prior office admin or executive assistant experience
- Exposure to construction, trades, or manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with procurement or job costing

Pay: $24.00-$26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
