Superba Vox, a leading provider of virtual music lessons across the US and Canada, is seeking expert closers and result-oriented Independent Sales Representatives on a commission basis to expand our presence in the B2C and B2B markets. With multiple openings available, this role offers the opportunity to leverage your skills and network while enjoying the autonomy and flexibility of freelance work.
**Responsibilities**:
As an Independent Sales Representative for Superba Vox, you will be responsible for utilizing your own resources to effectively market and sell our virtual music lesson services to both individual consumers and businesses (schools, academies, educational institutions and organizations). You will have the opportunity to tap into your professional network and leverage your industry expertise to identify and secure high-value prospects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic Outreach: Utilize your sales acumen to identify and engage potential customers, both in the B2C and B2B sectors, to drive revenue growth.
Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and tailoring our offerings to meet those requirements.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Superba Vox's services and high ticket Music Education programs for schools to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Sales Cycles: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and contract closure.
Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed sales targets, while meticulously tracking and reporting on your sales activities.
**Qualifications**:
Proven track record of successful sales and business development in a competitive market.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and autonomously.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.
A network of potential clients and contacts within the music education industry is a strong advantage.
**Contract and Compensation**:
This is a commission-based position, with Independent Sales Representatives earning 10% of the Gross Revenue generated from their sales efforts. Superba Vox provides a flexible work environment, allowing you to work remotely on your schedule. Contract options include both W9 and W8-BEN forms to accommodate US citizens, green card holders, and foreign workers. Must have excellent English and work from the Americas or European areas, for time zone reasons.
Note: This position is for independent representatives who will work remotely. Compensation will be commission-based.

Pay: $50,480.00-$118,742.00 per year
