**Salary**: $65,000-$85,000 base + commission + benefits

**What You’ll Do**

As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue and nurturing long-term relationships with strategic accounts.

**In this role, you will**:

- Support and grow an existing dealer network of channel partners and HVAC contractors across the GTA
- Leverage your experience working with multiple business channels — including manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors — to identify potential customers and unlock opportunities
- Open doors and move past ‘gatekeepers’ by using your network and sales instincts
- Build and maintain a strong sales funnel while increasing the number of active dealers
- Cold call with confidence and consistency, using your excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Act as a true “hunter” of new business — seeing and creating opportunities where others don’t
- Develop new business with new customers, maintaining a sharp focus on growth
- Lead consultative sales conversations with senior decision-makers
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction

**Here’s what sets you apart**:

- 3-5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in a service-driven industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Confidence in cold calling and closing new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Based in the GTA and able to travel within the GTA for client meetings (as needed)
