**Field Supervisor**

Our multi-national client is seeking a skilled **Field Supervisor** to lead on-site operations, drive project execution, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong coordination abilities, and the confidence to work directly with general contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily field operations and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Conduct **job site surveys**, take accurate **measurements**, and **read structural and electrical plans** to prepare for installation and field work.
- Coordinate and **order equipment**, manage materials, and complete all necessary **prep work** to keep projects on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with **general contractors**, project managers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Interact professionally with the **Department of Labour** and other regulatory bodies when required.
- Perform regular site inspections to maintain strong **safety protocols** and high-quality workmanship.
- Lead, mentor, and support field teams to enhance performance and ensure productivity.
- Maintain accurate records, daily reports, and project updates while addressing field-related issues promptly.
- Train new team members on safety practices, equipment use, and company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory field role; **HVAC or construction experience is an asset**.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse field teams.
- Ability to interpret structural and electrical drawings and conduct accurate site measurements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence communicating to contractors and regulatory agencies.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working under pressure.
- Proficiency with reporting tools and digital communication platforms.

Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per hour
