**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Professionally manage and motivate local labor crews to ensure safe and efficient product installation and removal
- Supervise the safe and efficient unloading and loading of trucks and other transportation of company products
- Make field repairs of products to maintain their integrity and functionality on a job site
- Inventory and account for product sent to a job site and ensure its return to company warehouse
- Document any product deficiencies, failures or damage that occurs before arriving to or while deployed on the job site
- Maintain professional behavior, dress code, and health and safety standards on the job site and in the representation of company
- Comply with all local, provincial and federal laws, regulations and best practices regarding health and safety
- Maintain consistent communication with project managers, clients and fellow supervisors before, during and after jobs and provide feedback to project management regarding job sites, product concerns, and clients’ needs
- Flexible to work overnights, weekends, holidays and travel as needed
- Assist the sales team in identifying future opportunities and clients
- Additional responsibilities are to be expected as the role and needs evolve
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of staff
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Valid Class G driver’s license, and clean drivers abstract
- Forklift license and propane handling
- Comfortable driving 16ft cube van
- First Aid training
- CAD (computer-aided design) knowledge is a plus

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Forklift Licence (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
- Class G Licence (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- CAD Certification (preferred)
