Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Cook steaks and red meats to guests’ desired temperatures using live charcoal.
- Properly rest meats before serving to ensure optimal flavor and texture.
- Effectively communicate and call out orders to the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the grilling station.
- Work efficiently during high-volume, high-pressure service times.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years grilling experience, preferably with charcoal.
- Strong understanding of meat cooking temperatures and resting techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Team player with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
