House of Georgia Pizzeria is a very busy quick service that offers take-out and delivery service. We have been in operation for more than 30 years, We are currently looking for an energetic team player who is ready to work in a face paced and exciting environment. A successful candidate must have good English comprehension as well as kitchen experience.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Responsible for preparing pizza in a premium restaurant* Prep and maintain station to specifications per Head Chef* Execute pizza with detail, speed, and cleanliness; preparing recipes provided by Head Chef* Monitor product stock and ordering* Keep a clean work station, including all equipment, abide by Health & Safety standards and Food Safe requirementsSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:* Food Handling and Health & Safety training* Skilled in various cooking methods; grilling, frying, sautéing* Knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment* Understanding of standard measurements* Enthusiastic with a passion for food and a positivity* Able to follow instructions* Professionalism; (punctuality, dedication, well-groomed, manners)* Ability to stand for long periods of time* Ability to work weekends, holidaysandeveningsSTART DATE: 01/01/2023Let us know if you are interested in this position.
