**Maintenance/ Receiver Position**

Available immediately fulltime maintenance position. Duties will include but are not limited to:

- inventory receiving and delivery,
- lot maintenance,
- garbage removal,
- window and general cleaning,
- machine calibration
- general maintenance duties including snow removal and
- any other related duties that may be deemed essential to maintain operations.

Applicant must:

- have a valid drivers license, preferably 5 years or more,
- be a flexible team player,
- have good communication skills
- be able to complete airport security clearance and
- be willing to work with management/owners to meet targets and deadlines as required by the franchisor.

Hours of work will be determined in consultation with the General Manager and may change seasonally or as needs change. This is a salaried position and starting salary is $32, 200 per year. The successful applicant will have use of company vehicle, paid medical and a work cell phone.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Drivers license and good driving record is mandatory
