**Overview**
We are seeking a professional, motivated, and organized individual to coordinate our Hot Tub Delivery schedule. This full-time position is based in our St. Catharines office and offers an exciting opportunity to act as a key liaison between our Hot Tub Sales Team, Delivery Team, and valued clients.

As the Spa Delivery Coordinator, you will oversee the entire delivery process, ensuring seamless communication between all parties. Once a sales contract is finalized, you will connect with clients to schedule their delivery and gather critical property and access details to ensure safe and efficient installations. **Attention to detail is paramount**, as you will manage delivery logistics for multiple store locations across Southern and Central Ontario.

This role also includes overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Delivery Team, managing schedules and time sheets, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all deliveries remain on track. Additionally, you will collaborate with external companies and trades, such as electricians and crane operators, to coordinate complex deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate hot tub deliveries by acting as a liaison between clients, the sales team, and the delivery team.
- Schedule and confirm delivery dates with clients, ensuring all necessary property and access details are obtained.
- Oversee and manage the Delivery Team’s daily schedules and time sheets.
- Communicate proactively with clients and the sales team to address and resolve delivery challenges.
- Work with external companies and trades, including electricians and crane operators, to facilitate complex deliveries.
- Maintain an efficient delivery schedule while adapting to last-minute changes.
- Ensure all deliveries meet strict timeframes and adhere to company standards for customer service and safety.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, scheduling, or a similar role is preferred.

- Familiarity with routing and understanding delivery team capabilities is an asset.
- Proficient in using scheduling tools, software, and general office technology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
