We are excited to add a full-time Building Maintenance Assistant to our team Sarasota Homes and Realty has been serving all of St. Albert’s real estate needs for over 25 years. Our new construction division focuses on one-of-a-kind custom-built homes and our realty branch on client-focused sales throughout the Edmonton area. We have over 30 dynamic people on our team, and we are excited to welcome another team member to the family. Our goals include providing exceptional client service, community-building, fostering an inclusive culture, and fully supporting our team members.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is willing to work hard and shows leadership potential. This position is hands on and very fast paced.

**Duties**:

- Building maintenance (indoors and outdoors)
- Maintain outside grounds (remove snow, ice and debris, spray and remove weeds, sweep warehouse floors, lawn maintenance)
- Maintaining cleanliness in warehouse
- Collect and dispose of garbage and recyclables.
- Window cleaning
- Car washing & detailing.
- Equipment & machinery cleaning.
- Onsite cleanup/lawn maintenance/snow removal when required.
- Install/removal Realty for sale signs.
- Janitorial Duties in office as required.
- Home staging assistance as required (including moving furniture, painting interior surfaces of homes, use of small power tools).

**Requirements**:

- You have a valid Class 5 Drivers License
- You are a self-starter, willing to roll up your sleeves, get things done, and complete action items.
- You are exceptionally organized, have superior attention to detail, and can both multitask and prioritize appropriately.
- You like to build relationships with others and proactively take on new challenges.
- You are aligned with our company vision and values, which guide how we work.
- You can do heavy lifting (a requirement on occasion)
- You have some level of landscaping experience.
- You are available for weekend shifts as needed.
