**About Us**

We’re a family-owned demolition company with a strong team culture and a passion for delivering high-quality service. We’re currently seeking a motivated & experienced Estimator to join our Project Management team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in cost estimation, job tracking, and project coordination, while working with people who care about your development.

**What You’ll Do**

As an Estimator, you'll support the full project lifecycle - from bid to demo.

Key tasks include:

- Assisting with the review of tender documents, drawings, and specs to understand project scope
- Supporting cost estimating and proposal prep under the guidance of senior staff
- Tracking job progress, maintaining cost records, and managing timesheet data
- Assisting with pricing change orders and identifying cost adjustments
- Collaborating with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to help keep projects on time and within budget
- Prospecting for new clients

**What We're Looking For**
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication — both written and verbal
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and willing to learn/utilize industry-specific tools
- A positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to the company grow within the construction industry
- Experience or education in construction, estimating, or project coordination.
