**We have an immediate opening for an Admistrative Assistant.**

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritize files based on urgency; follow up and make necessary reminders.
- Provide support to management for any requests.
- Manage monthly expense accounts.
- Prepare, type, revise, and proofread correspondence, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and other related documents.
- Assist in preparing regular reports.
- Assist in resolving administrative issues.
- Photocopy and print documents on behalf of other colleagues.
- Manage internal and external mail.
- Take initiative and demonstrate daily proactivity in decision-making and task completion within your area of expertise.
- Perform any other related tasks to assist various departments.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Hold a college diploma in administration or have relevant experience in the field.
- Have excellent spelling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Be autonomous, structured, and dynamic.
- Have the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
