Front of House Staff: Scooper + Baker

Consistently delivering a courteous and inspiring customer experience
- Engaging and educating customers on our brand and products
- Fostering a positive environment for both guests and staff within the space
- Following strict allergen protocols for serving, cleaning and prepping.
- Properly serving ice-cream scoops
- Properly making waffle cones
- Properly baking cookies
- Monitoring inventory levels throughout the day and restocking effectively
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming retail space
- Providing additional support where needed, including and not limited to production assistance ( washing dishes, wrapping chocolate bars, folding boxes, labeling jars, cleaning, sweeping... )
- Consuming and providing feedback on ice-cream, cookies and desserts
- Sharing your imaginative ideas for new flavour creations
**Job Requirements**
- A self-starter with a great work ethic and a willingness to learn
- 1+ years serving experience
- Open availability, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Valid Food Handlers Certification, or will secure upon hiring
- Consumption of foods containing nuts, peanuts, sesame, gluten and dairy
- Passion for ice-cream is a MUST
