**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure efficient service.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth communication between front and back of house.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to improve service efficiency and overall restaurant performance.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is preferred.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to providing exceptional service.
