**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring bidder sites, managing proposal submissions, and supporting various reporting and communication activities. Your bilingual skills in French and English, along with your strong organizational and communication abilities, will be key to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Resourcing**:

- Monitor Anglophone and Francophone bidder sites daily for new opportunities.
- Order RFPs and relevant documents, and assist in submitting proposals.
- Retrieve reports of new proposal support requests and allocate regional, offshore, and contractor resources to support proposal management.
- ** Reporting**:

- Create and update Excel and PowerBI reports on proposal activities to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- ** Proposal Debrief and Qualifications Support**:

- Coordinate and support internal teams with the Proposal Debrief program.
- Provide backup support for responding to internal inquiries about the firm’s qualifications for proposals and marketing purposes.
- ** Monthly Pursuit Community Call**:

- Schedule and organize monthly calls with the Pursuit community.
- Coordinate with presenters and prepare PowerPoint presentations for the meetings.

**Your Qualifications**:

- ** Bilingualism**: Proficiency in both French and English is required, with strong writing skills in both languages.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination.
- ** Skills**: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to exceed expectations through timely and service-oriented communication.
- ** Initiative**: Demonstrates a proactive approach with a proven aptitude for innovation and a positive attitude towards change.
- ** Adaptability**: Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a quick learning curve and a willingness to develop new skills.
- ** Education**: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Journalism.
