As a
Bilingual Project Coordinator
, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional projects and client experiences. You'll work closely with Project Managers to coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while fostering strong relationships with clients and team members. Your bilingual skills will be essential in reviewing and perfecting Spanish-language communications, ensuring clarity and quality across all materials. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where your organizational expertise, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit will help shape successful outcomes and drive the future of our organization.
Job Requirements
Your Background:
- 2–3 years' experience in project or client-focused environments; automotive industry and/or event-based project experience an asset.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills; experienced in managing budgets, critical paths, and competing priorities.
- Highly adaptable - works effectively both independently and collaboratively; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Quick, proactive learner with a hands-on approach and ownership of outcomes.
- Digitally savvy; proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Job Responsibilities
As our

Project Coordinator
, you will:
- Support the Project Manager and/or Sr. Project Manager in delivering assigned projects and programs, providing day-to-day client service and coordination.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; prepare meeting agendas, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, scope changes, and documentation to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Review and edit Spanish-language materials for accuracy and clarity.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for events, including scheduling, task tracking, and deadline management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain desk procedures to support consistent project execution.
- Organize and facilitate project, team, and client meetings; manage timely communication and follow-up.
- Support other sector-specific projects and activities as needed.
