Digital Marketing Account Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team - ideally with experience in the agriculture sector.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, leading the charge on marketing and digital projects from start to finish. You’ll set the strategic tone for every campaign, ensuring our work not only looks great but drives real business results. You’ll collaborate closely with the internal team and external partners to bring ideas to life and guide clients through each step of their marketing journey.
This position is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, thinking big-picture, and seeing projects through with care and precision.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusting, and long-term relationships.
- Lead the strategic direction of projects -setting goals, defining priorities, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and reporting.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on client goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with the team and external partners to deliver effective, on-brand work that meets deadlines and exceeds expectations.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations to maximize results.
- Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously with clear communication and organization.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Client service oriented - must have experience in client-facing and management roles
- 2 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including but not limited to social media marketing, digital advertising, website development, influencer campaigns, affiliate/ambassador programs, and content production
- Proven ability to think strategically and lead client strategies and campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - you can explain ideas clearly and build confidence with clients.
- Strong analytical skills abilities and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in helping clients grow.

**How to Apply**
Pay: $50,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
