**Position Objectives Summary**: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence by planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and generate leads, contributing to the overall success of the company.
This role requires a digitally savvy, creative thinker with a passion for emerging trends in the digital landscape. You bring fresh ideas to the table and have the skills to translate them into impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
- Social Media Management: From analyzing and reporting KPis to executing the strategy, you’ll manage our accounts and customer engagement on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and others.
- E-Commerce: Manage chats, product listings, promotions, and campaigns ensuring seamless customer experiences and strong sales performance.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/IG Ads, and TikTok Ads to maximize ROI.
- SEO & SEM: Utilize SEO best practices and assist in executing SEM strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.
- Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Collaborating with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute joint marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
**Additional Responsibilities / Duties**:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices.
- Assist in the creation of marketing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
**Required Skills / Abilities**:
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Required Qualifications**:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2C and product-focused environment.
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- Strong creative and analytical skills with ability to develop and execute campaigns that achieve measurable results.
- Expertise in social media platforms, content management systems, and e-commerce strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Shopify, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CapCut.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and visual communication.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with video-editing tools is a plus.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
