**About the Role**

As Manager, Pipeline & Digital Marketing, you will own the systems, channels, and programs that convert market demand into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role responsible for MQL generation, digital demand, lifecycle automation, website conversion, and full-funnel optimization. Your mandate is simple but challenging: ensure sales is consistently fueled with high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, BI, and Brand Marketing to turn strategy and messaging into scalable, data-driven growth.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**

Pipeline & MQL Performance
- Own Telpay’s MQL framework, including definition, scoring, volume, quality, and conversion to sales
- Partner with Sales to align on lead readiness, routing, and handoff processes
- Improve MQL → SQL conversion rates and lead velocity

Digital Demand Generation
- Own full-funnel digital demand generation across paid, organic, direct, and referral channels
- Manage and optimize paid media programs (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting, programmatic)
- Recommend channel mix, budget allocation, and experimentation priorities based on performance

Marketing Automation & Lifecycle
- Own marketing automation and CRM execution (e.g., Salesforce MCAE or equivalent)
- Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation
- Support onboarding and feature adoption through journey design and lifecycle triggers

Website & Conversion Optimization
- Own website and landing page performance, including CRO and UX testing
- Drive continuous improvement in conversion rates, engagement, and clarity across digital touchpoints

Go-to-Market & Product Support
- Lead digital go-to-market execution for product releases and feature enhancements
- Translate product value into effective digital campaigns and conversion paths
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Brand Marketing to ensure alignment and execution quality

- MQL volume, quality, and sales acceptance
- MQL → SQL conversion and lead velocity
- Marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline
- Cost per sales-ready lead
- Website and landing page conversion rates
- Paid channel efficiency and ROI
- Lifecycle engagement and feature adoption impact

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or pipeline-focused marketing roles
- Proven ownership of MQL generation and full-funnel performance
- Hands-on experience managing paid, organic, direct, and referral traffic sources
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce MCAE, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong experience partnering with Sales and analytics teams
