We are seeking a motivated team player to join our Hamilton location.

**What we offer**:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, Afternoon Shifts 12:30-21:30

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Effectively communicate instructions and listen to all driver concerns and act appropriately as they relate to:

- Safety
- Drivers ability to perform their duties effectively
- Opportunities that would increase efficiency for both the Company and the customer
- Dispatch drivers using a fair and consistent approach
- Coordinate the daily assignment of company and contracted equipment to maximize equipment utilization.
- Schedule servicing of equipment as required with the shop personnel.
- Organize trailer interior washes are completed and costs are managed appropriately.
- Record orders in the dispatch management system in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Ensure all customer requirements are met and any changes or deviations are communicated immediately to the customer and other pertinent parties
- Bring any service failures to the attention of the customer service department and your direct manager
- Communicates effectively with drivers to ensure they can complete each load safely and within the Hours of Work regulations
- Coordinate customer payload requests and match the legal carrying capacity on equipment and jurisdiction while travel.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Organized, highly efficient and customer service orientated.
- 2 or more years of relatable and/or training experience
- High School Diploma required. Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Experience with the Transportation Industry preferred
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, & the ability to learn new software
- Self-motivated, with mínimal supervision
- Good time management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
