Leon Cycle is seeking an **Accounts Payable Specialist t**o join our growing team The AP Specialist is highly organized and detailed oriented, and will provide both administrative and financial support for processing accounts payable transactions and ensuring payments of all invoices are completed in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain all invoice records and accounts payable matters for the group and its subsidiaries in the US and CA
- Ensure timely payment of all invoices in accordance to contractual terms and payment terms
- Ensure strict compliance to payment SOP by all internal departments
- Handle bookkeeping and general ledger of accounts
- Monitor cash status, ensure cashflow liquidity meets company ratio
- Monitor exchange rate risks and ensure any potential risks are reported to the Finance Manager
- Record filing of all invoices and GST issuance
- Deal with foreign banks and financial institutions as needed
- Maintain and keep secure all company banking licenses and accounts
- Other duties as needed and requested by the Financial Controller

**Requirements**:

- 3 years or more of accounting experience in accounts payable and/or accounting capacity; preferably in a high growth start up company
- Strong accuracy in Accounts Payable and ability to handle overseas payments in various different currencies and banking platforms
- Strong confidence in communicating across all departments and also with external clients
- Highly proficient in Excel with the ability to handle large volume of financial data via Excel spreadsheets
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Some PM hours will be required to attend meetings with Shanghai Finance & Management teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,362.00-$60,256.00 per year
