To maintain accurate, timely, and reliable Accounts receivable records

**Key Responsibilities and Authorities**:

- Responsible for preparing and taking deposits to the bank.
- Responsible for collecting on overdue accounts.
- Responsible for reconciling the A/R sub-ledger to the general ledger on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for preparing A/R Aging and A/R Summary reports at month end.

- Responsible for compiling tooling documentation for approval
- Responsible for recording scrap revenues

**Basic Requirements and Competencies**:

- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum two years accounting experience, preferably in an environment using menu driven accounting package.

- Ability to handle large volume of paperwork and meet deadlines.
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to read, write and speak English
