Administrative Supervisor

**Overview**

TDOT Immigration is looking for a **driven, detail-oriented Administrative Supervisor** who can lead, monitor, and empower our admin team while ensuring every client’s process runs smoothly from intake to completion.
**Duties**
- Supervise and monitor the daily performance of the admin team to ensure deadlines, service standards, and accuracy are consistently met.
- Ensure exceptional client service by maintaining prompt communication and professional handling of every case.
- Train and mentor the admin team regularly to build skill, confidence, and efficiency.
- Identify gaps in processes and create effective solutions to keep operations running at peak performance.
- Take initiative to manage high-priority tasks without waiting for instructions.
- Collaborate with the Operations, Client Relations, and Finance teams for smooth cross-department coordination.
- Ensure end-to-end process excellence for every client.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **3 years of experience in the immigration industry** (preferred in a consultancy, law firm, or RCIC-led practice).
OR
- Minimum **3 years of project management or office operations experience** where you have led teams and managed multiple workflows.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
