Marketing Manager

Split-fire Sales, a manufacturer of Log Splitters, Wood Chippers and Custom Products, is looking for a Marketing Manager + Content Creator. Candidates must have a great understanding of websites, SEO, google ads, youtube, video creation and social media marketing techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with sales / management to create marketing strategies.
• Execute a yearly marketing plan.
• Complete website SEO to improve rank and visibility.
• Utilize AdWords, analytics and webpage tracking to create opportunities.
• Optimize and grow social media following.
• Create picture and video content for Split-fire Youtube channel
• Design merchandise and special graphics.
• ‪Book and manage yearly trade show schedules.
• Setup up and test digital and physical content for trade shows.

Requirements:

• ‪Understanding of website SEO and analytics
• Competent photos and video editing skills.
• Great creativity and design skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• ‪Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with both office and manufacturing staff.
• ‪Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• ‪Good attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills.

‪ Required Experience:

• ‪Willing to hire graduates, however any experience is an asset.
• Any Farm / Mechanical Experience an asset.
• Experience with Google AdWords & Analytics.
• Experience with Website design & maintenance.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with administration platforms for social media sites.
