**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Human Resources manager, the incumbent acts as a business partner to designated areas and provides guidance and support to managers and employees in human resources management
- Supports managers by helping them create and monitor action plans to improve employee performance
- Manages and support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
- Acts as an ambassador for change management and supports managers in their efforts
- Leads compensation and job evaluation processes in designated sectors
- Participates in the recruitment of its sectors
- Participates in the resolution of human resources conflicts or issues affecting the entire sector he supports
- Builds relationships and credibility with all levels of management

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in labour relations or human resources
- Six to 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years as generalist consulting role
- Operational HR experience, plus the ability to handle strategic issues
- Ability to adapt to change, including working with different people and in various situations
- Motivated team player with excellent influencing skills
- Ability to work in ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills

- Open-minded and emotional intelligence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
