**Vellgus Red Light** is looking for an **HR Generalist** to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.

The HR Generalist responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records
- Update internal databases with new hire information and onboard new hires
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies and build/reinforce company culture
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Develop training and onboarding material
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits
- Ad-hoc tasks related to HR

**Requirements**:

- 3+ year work experience in HR
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets and other office automation system
- Great organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: $63,000.00 per year

**Salary**: $62,414.00-$65,607.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
