**Who are we searching for?**
- **We are looking for a Production Control Clerk to join our growing day shift team.**_
- **Job Duties**:_
- Monitor use of materials & customer orders
- Post production orders and issue production reports to customers
- Calculate production rates
- Prepare documentation for shop floor
- Control flow of paperwork to and from the shop floor
- Create batch numbers and ensure report and paperwork accuracy
- Generate work orders for shop floor
- Assist in inventory counts and planning as needed
- Assist with production related billing tasks as required
- Communicate with production and provide customers with updates on an ongoing basis
- Assist in solving inventory, delivery and order discrepancies
- Perform clerical duties such as filing
- Other related duties as required or assigned

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Related work experience of 2 -5 years in an administrative production/manufacturing related role
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with external customers and individuals at all levels of the organization
- Able to work efficiently as part of the team as well as independently
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Strong computer skills and ability to operate within Microsoft Office suite of products, and other computer systems.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- **Working Conditions**:_
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Overtime as required
- Long periods of sitting, some standing
- Variable environment as may be required to spend time in the warehouse when resolving issues

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
