The **Used Car Inventory Clerk** will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our vehicle inventory. This role ensures the seamless flow of inventory through the dealership and supports operations by working closely with the sales and service departments.

**Key Responsibilities**

Inventory Management
- Track and monitor used vehicles' arrival, movement, and status in the inventory system.
- Ensure all vehicles are accurately logged into the inventory database.
- Coordinate vehicle transfers between locations and update records accordingly.

Documentation and Compliance:

- Verify and organize vehicle titles, registrations, and other related documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, provinicial, and federal vehicle sales and inventory regulations.

Support Sales and Service Teams:

- Assist with vehicle pricing, tagging, and signage.
- Provide inventory information to the sales team as needed.

**Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in the automotive industry or inventory management would be beneficial.
