**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring quality service and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare purchase orders and manage the procurement documentation process.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful vendor management.
- Familiarity with MRP systems and SAP software for efficient procurement processes.
- Ability to analyze market trends and pricing strategies effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster strong supplier relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
