P&H Milling
P&H is the largest Canadian-owned milling company. The P&H Milling Group sources wheat from Western Canada, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada to produce quality flour and cereal products. The lineup includes hard red spring wheat flour for breads and other bakery products, soft winter wheat flour for cakes and cookies, as well as semolina flour for pasta, organic flour, and atta flour for chappati. In our specialty milling operation in Saskatoon, we also mill pea fractions.
From its mills in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Acton, Hanover, Hamilton, and Cambridge, Ontario; Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; and Lethbridge, Alberta, the P&H Milling Group supplies flour to customers throughout Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Iceland, and Pacific Rim countries.

Your Role
Reporting to the Director of Procurement & Risk Management, the incumbent will assist in managing flour and grain contracts.
Day to Day
Assist with the grain program data entry of contracts.
Manage flour contracts.
Reporting of wheat receipts to suppliers and processing invoices.
Supply timely quotes to sales teams for pricing flour contracts.
Assist with intercompany purchases and transfers.
Assist with purchasing of materials required by mills.
Month end data support and reporting.
Assist in any other procurement-related activities as required.
Required Qualifications
Post-secondary education in business or accounting is preferred.
Exceptional math and analytical skills.
An extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Proven communication and teamwork skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to problem solve.
Work and grow with a family-owned company.
