**Duties and responsibilities**

  • Communicate with customers professionally and efficiently to identify and assess needs to achieve customer satisfaction. Communicate needs between customer and company stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day support to our team with other administrative tasks which may include quality and safety committee, creating packing slips, purchasing activities, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Manage multiple objectives and tasks simultaneously, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities as set forth by planning. Multi-tasking with strong follow up and follow through.
  • Update and maintain multiple spreadsheets to track pricing and monitor customer inventory in Microsoft Excel.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Record the details.
  • Needs to be skilled in project management of multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, including self directed follow up with customers and vendors.
  • Work well in a team environment and have the ability to communicate needs and objectives with all team members in order to strategize together to maintain deadlines.
  • Daily duties including, but not limited to: Entering orders, follow up with production on orders & attend production meetings, update sales representatives and customers on order status, tracking deliveries.

**This Position Requires**

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • High attention to detail, excellent administrative and organization skills
  • Ability to work on site Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 at our Langley, BC manufacturing facility

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
