**Rental Coordinator Responsibilities**:
As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating the rental of industrial boilers to various clients and ensuring smooth operations throughout the rental process. **This role combines the essential duties and competencies of an equipment rental coordinator with the unique advantage of possessing or working towards a 4th class power engineer certification**. This certification will enable you to understand the technical aspects of the equipment better, thus enhancing your ability to effectively manage the rental process and provide technical support to clients. Additionally, your background or interest in sales will further contribute to your success in promoting rental services and building strong client relationships
- **Technical Expertise**: Leverage your **4th class power engineer certification** to understand the technical intricacies of industrial boilers and related equipment. Provide technical advice and support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring they receive the most suitable equipment for their needs.
- **Rental Coordination**: Facilitate the entire rental process, from initial inquiries to equipment delivery and return. Match and dispatch Operators. Coordinate rental agreements, contracts, and necessary documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- **Customer Engagemen**t: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their requirements and propose appropriate solutions, showcasing the benefits of our rental services and equipment offerings.
- **Sales and Business Development**: Supporting the Manager, seek to promote boiler rental services and opportunities for business growth. Collaborate with the Manager and sales team to identify potential leads and contribute technical expertise to help close deals.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee regular maintenance and inspection of rental boilers, ensuring they are always in top condition for clients' use. Track boiler recertification and coordinating repairs and certification when required.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor equipment availability, track rental durations, and ensure optimal utilization of assets. Coordinate with other departments to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery and return of equipment.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Maintain a strong commitment to safety and compliance standards in all rental operations. Ensure that clients are well-informed about safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations.
- **Problem Solving**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the rental period, addressing any technical issues, troubleshooting, and resolving problems promptly to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Posses or working towards 4th Class Power Engineer certificate**:

- Previous experience in logistics, rental coordination, sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with boiler systems or equipment rental is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
